2. Engineering, Technical Design & Local Seed Capital (Jan 2021 – Jun 2023)
Focus: Transitioning conceptual ideas into engineered schematics and securing local commitment.

- Jul 14, 2021: Secured $354,600 (FY22–FY23 MVP Action Grant) to advance detailed engineering.
- Jan 19, 2022 – Feb 1, 2022: Reached 50% Design and received initial Malden Community Preservation Act (CPA) funding ($200,000).
- Jun 30, 2023: Reached 90% Design and Permitting Plans.
